1. Eligible Refunds

• If a consultation could not be arranged due to technical or scheduling issues.

• If you are charged twice for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Once a doctor has reviewed your case and provided their opinion.

• Dissatisfaction with advice (since medical opinions may vary).

• Delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by you.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
